STEP 3: Provide/Purchase Liability Insurance

Liability insurance is required to exhibit in the show. The information on the necessary policy limits and dates of coverage is all given below. Please contact us if you have any questions.

If you need to purchase insurance, see below for our preferred vendor arrangement with Rainprotection Insurance.

Once you have submitted your Online Order Form (STEP 2), paid your deposit invoice (check your email!) and either submitted your certificate of liability insurance (COI) or been approved by Rainprotection, your booth reservation will be secure.

After that, be on the look-out for correspondence from us as we approach the show dates with: progress and/or final payment invoices (depending on which payment schedule you selected in STEP 2), move-in information, the exhibitor handbook, and other important details.

Event Liability Insurance

As a standard requirement for all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is due by October 1, 2024, or within three business days of submitting a booth order if thereafter. The COI must show:

as additional insured. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates for the event which are: October 30, 2024 - November 4, 2024.

If you need to acquire liability insurance:
• We have made special arrangements with Rainprotection Insurance for coverage that meets all of our specifications for a total cost of only $84.
• Download the program sheet below.
• Read the program sheet and follow the link to the online payment portal.
• Once you have been approved, Rainprotection will email a certificate to both of us.
